Upgrading Knowledge and Skills in Vocational Schools

We deliver training programs for Indonesian teachers, lecturers and students in secondary or higher vocational institutes (SMK/SMTI/SMAK/D1/D3/D4). All our training programs are delivered with modern didactical methods and modern teaching strategy. We also deliver "state of the art" technological content based on industry standards.

Our training courses are executed, not only through lectures/classroom learning, but also by assignments for participants and in some cases by practical learning (in laboratory or by demonstration at the workplace).

We also offer tailor-made training courses that are developed based on the needs and requirements of our clients. We can support you in developing and executing customized training courses or workshops. The starting point of any customized training is identification and inventory in the school, on what are the training needs and requirements. Based on the inventory, we will propose a customized training course based on a combination of existing materials or on entirely new developed content.

The execution and examination of the customized training courses can be realized by VAPRO trainers and the independent VAPRO examination board. Or, schools can also decide to bring in their own trainer to execute the training and examination.

Training Description:

The quality of education in a school is influenced by the quality of teachers and teaching staffs. To train competent and competitive workers, schools and teachers must implement more modern teaching strategies that incorporate more interactive and practical learning for students (independent assignments, laboratory practices, etc.).

This program aims to familiarize teachers with modern teaching strategies, such as competence based learning and modern interactive didactical teaching methods. By the end of the training, participants will be able to create more efficient teaching plan that is based on current and future labor market requirements, and also taking into account the different learning styles of students.

Process Technology and Process Control

Training Description:

In the processing industry many different products (consumables and half fabricates) are produced, mostly in a continuous process which is operated 24 hours a day. Although the output of the processing industry are many different products, all processes are based on just a limited basic principles. In this training, we explain the most common basic principles of the processing industry.

This training is designed to train participants on the basics of the processing industry. In the training, participants will be introduced to the different elements of the processing industry, such as; reading process diagram (PFD, P&ID), individual unit operations (heat transfer, extraction, transportation of liquids, storage, etc.), elements of process control (measuring techniques, control techniques) and many more.

Quality Control

Training Description:

Quality Control in the industry assures the quality of products and process in a company. Inspection and analysis are major components of quality control.

This training is designed to train participants on the basics principles of working in a laboratory as an analyst. In the training, participants will be introduced to the different elements of the quality control, such as; good laboratory practice, sampling, classical analysis, instrumental analysis, laboratory management system and many more.

Quality Control in a Laboratory for Teachers and Students
HSEQ Training

Training Description:

Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) is a topic that is very important in all industries. In our HSEQ Course, participants learn about possible risks in the industry and how to diminish these risks. The most important thing to have for someone working in the industry, besides knowledge and skills, is also awareness and attitude regarding HSEQ aspects. In this course, although the knowledge aspects are not so complicated in a technological way, much attention is given on participants' awareness and attitude development.

Participant can choose to attend either a 3-day or 5-day course which can also includes a practical training in our safety lab.
